Want to use with Reaper on Windows

I don't even know how to begin. I run open-stage-control.exe. It shows a configuration page. Almost all entries mean nothing to me. The guide suggests a value for send. Nothing else.

I need a guide that says: This is what a session file is. How do I create one? The same with state. And all the other values it needs.
