No more session -> save as... and session ->open

hi there

i have a problem since i updated to v1.14 (also happens with v1.14.1). the save as and open functions are broken i guess. i can't click a folder to save to or open from. i get stuck here:

also something i saw, when i click on a widget property i get:

Are you using a theme file ? The layout looks off, definitely not as it should (and as it is here).
