Monitor the midi messages sent from Cubase to a hardware using Custom Module

Hi there!
I've been wondering if OSC can monitor messages sent from Cubase to a specific port?
I tried to monitor the message sent from cubase to my external controller, but turns out it cannot
the

oscInFilter

only detect the messages sent from the controller
and the

oscOutFilter

only detect the messages sent from OSC to the controller
Is there a way to somehow monitor the messages sent from Cubase to a specific port?(the message does not go through open stage control by default so I think that's the part which makes it difficult)

No, Open Stage Control can't monitor messages sent to other ports than its own.
