I tried connecting to port 8080, 5000, and 46478 and also tried two Androids and an iPhone. The page works fine on the host with the regular or browser window. I double checked my firewall, so its not the same as Server not accessable via browser with v.1.16 but with v.0.48 - #4 by TheWildTusker or can-no-longer-connect-remotely-to-osc-server/1443/2 (Ran out of links for a new guy)

Is the mobile device connected on the same wifi network as the server ?
Yup, I can use Osc controller just fine on both Androids and Data OSC on the iphone to connect to node-red on a raspberry pi on the same network.
Ok, did you try typing the app's url in the browser instead of flashing the qr code ?
Hold up, there were two QR codes. Typing/scanning the first one (which gets cut off) worked.
