Where can I find a tutorial or a description to setup a layout for my old ipad2 from my PC windows (I want to control Cubase which is on the PC DAW)

Open stage control requires iOS version 10.3 or higher and if I'm not mistaken the iPad 2 only goes up to iOS 9 so it's not supported unfortunately.
