1.16 question modification

First : I didn't get the notification in Open Stage Control of the release of the 1.15.8 as usual (working with OSC almost everyday)

Second : with 1.16 do we have to replace all @{} with #{}, my apologies if this a simple question.

Release 1.15.8 was not properly tagged, the problem shouldn't occur from other versions.

No, that's not what the changelog says, no need to change anything. It's a rather technical change explained in this post.
