What do I need to put down in the prearg for the XY pads?

I am trying to configure a XY pad to have X=CC#1 and Y=CC#11 (midi) but I cannot figure out what I need to put down in the pre arguments tab to give each value it's own CC, many thanks for the help!

A little search in this forum will give you some results but maybe Xy_pad and 2 faders x_value and y_value - #3 by zoltan
