Toggle button: led property (not available in v1?)

In v0 toggle buttons looked like this (had an LED property that you could switch on or off):

How can I set the LED property to true in v1?

It's been removed. You can use the html & css properties to customize the button's appearance, but the default does not provide this appearance anymore.
