Save/Load parameters from specific panel

There is the possibility, for example, to have a panel with 3 MIDI channels, with different parameters (volume, program change.. etc) and make a button to save all those parameters from that panel? I'm curious if that can be done. A function like this would be very useful, of course with the option to load that preset . Thanks
