Resizing Panel containing one button and one image

I have a button widget, and an image widget i use as a background for it.
They both have same geometry. They're both placed in a panel.

(btw, kind of a "group / ungroup" fonction would be cool !)

I can't use grid mode, as they're placed on above the other. I could select both of them in the... "arborescence" (don't know the english word). Once is ok, but 23654230 times a day...

So, how can i have both these widgets redimensionned the same way, just resizing the panel they're in ?...

For both layers set top and left to 0, width and height to 100%.
