Fullscreen works perfectly fine, then I enable Read Only, and the GUI refuses to start in fullscreen or switch to fullscreen with f11.
Is there another way to disable the menu, or to enable full screen ?

That's a bug ! read-only + fullscreen options will be compatible once fixed (in next version).
In addition to this, would it possible to have access to fullscreen while in read only mode on a mobile device?
Using Chrome or Firefox on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 7SE, I can load my session in read only mode, but I have no way of making it fullscreen.

Good point, it'll require some changes (make the 3-dots menu partially accessible in read only mode) but it sounds doable.
