I am looking to create in OSC the thing you see on the second screenshot, only bigger with square buttons, and make it looks like the 3rd screenshot

Say the 3rd screenshot is my OCS, and the second one is the cubase panel, can the two be sync in real time when I switch articulations with my controller with expression maps ? I want the highlighted articulation to be visible on OSC just like the green light on the Expression map selector on Cubase
Currently, I just setup some rudimentary non-syncronized board with Program Change number (first screenshot) corresponding to the Program changer number on my expression map. But it doesn't respond to my midi controller, it doesn't know which articulation is currently selected.
I know it's something complex to setup with custom modules and mackie or Hue etc.
But I am willing to pay someone to make that module work for me !
