Typescript Support for Custom Modules

Hi,

I personally enjoy using Typescript. As my custom modules and OSC template grow, controlling multiple programs/scripts at once, I would find using Typescript to keep things organized and in line very useful.

I believe what's needed is just a way to use the Typescript compiled export with OSC. I mentioned my issues with it somewhat in this post here.
In addition, just a @types file of OSC commands that can be used in the custom Module which could be populated from the documentation.

It's unlikely to happen as I don't use typescript at all, but I'm open to review pull requests.
