QR code does not appear every time

Small Question: What is the difference when QR code appears or not.

First start without...

Close and restart with...

Screenshot 1: it seems the networks are not all recognized at first (only 127.0.0.1 appears the first time you start the server, no qr code is generated for this address), then on second start of maybe there's a bug that generates the codes based on that incomplete network list, gotta investigate...

Again, when my mac studio M1(macOS Monterey) fresh opens the "open stage control" program with autostart, no QR code appears.
