When designing a a template, it's sometimes frustrating cutting all the widgets and pasting them into a new tab. Would you consider allowing tabs to be added at all times and when adding a tab it moves all widgets to the new tab (if no tabs currently exist)? Or do you have reasons for leaving it as it is?
Tabs are treated differently than regular widgets, containers behave differently if they contain tabs or widgets, changing that would require way too much effort just to avoid cut & paste from time to time.
