Send various CC on different midi ch, with a unique switch

Hello

I'd like to use a switch to send, for example :
value 1 --> CC25 on channel 1
value 2 --> CC75 on channel 4
value 3 --> CC122 on channel 16

And so on...

Sending different CC through the same midiCh is ok, but how to do with 2, 3 or more channels involved ? Do i have to write a script ? Or could this be done right in the editor's menus ?

Ok, that's what i was about to do. But before spending days entering datas, i prefered to be sure. The "linkId affair" got me !
