[Feature Request] Editor window for CSS and HTML

Hi!

Newbie here - and don't know if this had been addressed elsewhere so I make a try.

It would be nice to have an editor window for css and html, just like the ones at the
Script tab. And maybe a Help button also? Just like the Script tab....

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed...
