Switch interaction

Hi, since using a switch with grid layout the buttons in the right column only work when clicking on the right half of this buttons (green part):

Clicking just a little to the left selects the button to the left. Anything to improve that ?

iPad Pro (12.9)
iOS 15.7
Chrome / Safari

I see this behavior also in the OSC editor (also in the latest version 1.18.1) clicking with the mouse.
MacBook Pro 2016, macOS 12.6.
