Adding usePercents=1 to the server's client-options will do the trick in next release.

Is there a bug about client-options ?
I tried some of the options available but it seems that they are not working, I tried the following:
http://server-ip:port?usePercents=1

I tried it (http://127.0.0.1:8080/?usePercents=1 here) and it works (the Relative units option is ticked in the menu and new widgets use percents in position/size properties).
Yes that's exactly what I tried to do but I don't have the relative units option ticked when I start a session, even though my port is also 8080.
Maybe an issue with the server-ip ?

The syntax you used is meant to be written directly in the address bar (client options can be set per client this way).In the server's client-options field just write usePercents=1 and omit the rest.
Ok, I just tried to put in the address bar and it is working fine !

Woops, my bad, there is a small bug that prevents clients options from working unless they are lowercased when submitted this way... it's fixed in upcoming release, meanwhile writing usepercents=1 will do.
