Loading icons delays if several icons are missing

I noticed that if several icons are missing, the UI will struggle to load the rest of icons, and can take one minute or a lot more.
In contrast, if no icons are missing , it will load instantly
Even understanding no icons should be missing this mean some non expert users will have a permanent icon loading lag if they didn’t notice there are missing icons. It would be better if not delays happens when missing icons.

I may have found the cause of this and pushed an attempt to fix it for next release.
