I noticed that the locales folder in the program directory contains a lot of pak files named in different languages, does this mean that the editor can be set to these languages?
If so, how can I do it?
I have tried using the client option http://127.0.0.1:8080/?lang=zh-CN, but I don't see any change.

There's a 'lang' option but only English and French are available, apparently.
Open stage control uses the browser's default language if a translation is available and falls back to english. The docs were not up to date, available languages are french (fr), english (en), polish (pl) and german (de). These last two were contributed by users, you can help adding languages too by translating the strings in this file.
