What's your experience with touchscreens on Dell Precision or Lenovo Thinkpad?

Hello,

As I am in the process of buying a new laptop, I am strongly considering the touchscreen option in order to use Open stage Control.

At the moment, the most likely choices are Lenovo Thinkpad P52 and Dell Precision 7530.

However, I would like to know if any O-S-C user have experience with these laptops and touchscreens or with similar devices from Lenovo or Dell?

Also, on one of these the resolution is FHD whereas on the other it’s 4k. Do you think it might have any influence on the touchscreen? I guess gestures should be more precise on the 4k but is it really the case?

And what’s the maximum inclination angle for the Dell? I know that the Lenovo can be fully inlinated (180°).

Thank you in advance.

Hello,
i bought a dell P2418HT, which is a nice touch monitor with a good stand and small borders at the edges, a non glare Screen,…
It supports Multitouch too, couldn’t find a bad thing about it…

Thank you. My question was more about the screens embedded in laptops but your answer gives me a clue anyway.

Thank you.
