Midi error using LoopBe Internal MIDI for windows

Seem to be an issue with midi. I have the latest version of python installed on windows. for some reason midi message fail to send.

I followed directions from site but get this error

ERROR: MIDI: unknown output (LoopBe Internal MIDI)
